If you travel along E10 northwest of Kiruna you will reach Abisko, Björkliden, Riksgränsen, and you can also travel to Narvik in Norway.

By train
If you choose to travel by train, you will experience the most beautiful railway part in Sweden, which runs between Torneträsk and Riksgränsen. SJ Norrlandståg runs between Kiruna and Narvik approximately twice a day all year round. For exact departures and prices, visit the SJ website. Traveling by train is the cheapest option. Tickets should be purchased in advance online, as train tickets cannot be bought at the train station or onboard the train. You can easily reach the train station with a free shuttle which departs from Kiruna Bus Station in connection to all train departures.

By bus
Länstrafikens bus 91 operates between Kiruna and Narvik during June-September and February-April. For exact dates and prices, visit the Länstrafiken website. Bus ticket can be bought on the bus, card payment only. You can also buy the ticket online in advance if you prefer. The bus departs from Kiruna Bus Station, as well as one departure directly from Kiruna Airport.
