Yoga with Jane
Here, in the heart of Lapland's mountain range, is a great place to unwind and find peace of mind. Experience three days of autumn colors in the mountains and yoga. Enjoy hiking on your own during daylight hours and yoga in the mornings and evenings.
The form of yoga we practice during this weekend is Vinyasa yoga, a dynamic, physical form of exercise – coordinating movement with conscious breathing. The level of each session is adjusted to suit participants in the group and ends with relaxation. Jane Axelsson, an internationally certified yoga instructor, leads each session. Yoga is barefoot, wearing soft, comfortable clothes. Bring your own yoga mat.
