Chef Melker Andersson cooks in Björkliden

We have the great pleasure to announce that chef Melker Andersson visits us in Restaurant Lapporten, Björkliden and makes a guest appearance on Saturday, April 8.

Melker Andersson runs several restaurants and has a solid track record; he became Olympic gold medalist with the Swedish Culinary Team in 1994, silver medalist in the food world championships, Bocuse d'Or, in 1995, elected Chef of Chefs in 1995, 2005 and 2006, and named Werner of the Year in 2004.

Take the opportunity to taste the Melkers food! The theme of the evening will be "From coast to coast," cuisine inspired by the scenery of Norway's west coast to the east coast of Sweden, prepared with the finest ingredients.
