Snowshoe tour
Join us on a different way of easily getting around in the forests surrounding the city!
Equipped with snowshoes we'll explore the wintery landscape, following the tracks of the hare or mountain ptarmigan over the blanket of snow. The surreal light unique to our Arctic Circle region is an experience on its own, and when darkness falls, hopefully we'll wander beneath the majesty of the northern lights dancing in the heavens above. After a while we'll take a break in a kåta, a Sami tent, to enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or tea.
