Autumn in Nikkaluokta 2011
Give yourself a short break on horseback in the autumn up in the mountains. During the autumn the mountains are really beautiful with a lot of colours and a clear air. You stay overnight in a cabin in Nikkaluokta and eat local food in the restaurant. We ride two day tours in the valley and up in the mountains with a fantastic view over the mountains of Kebnekaise. We ride on tracks, small roads and in pathless terrain so we can ride in various tempo. During the riding we stay for outdoor lunch which we prepare over open fire. We come back to Nikkaluokta where we will be served dinner in the restaurant. In the evening you have chance to have a sauna.
Next to the cabins are restaurant, toilet, shower and sauna. This is a tour both for beginners and advanced riders. Maximum weight of the rider is 90 kg and minimum age is 12 years.
Length: 2 days and one night (2 days of riding).
Period: 17-18 September, 24-25 September 2011. Other dates can also be reserved. Start in the morning the first day.
Included: riding under two days, full board and lodging (lunch day 1-lunch day 2), guide, helmet.
Not included: transfer Kiruna (SEK 400 extra).
Minimum 2 persons/tour.
