Café Sapmi
Visit our cosy Cáfe Sápmi in a big Sámi tent next to Jukkasjärvi church. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Sitting on the soft reindeer skins you will dream away when looking into the open fire.
Furthermore, we do have sandwiches, cakes and soft drinks for sale.
Visit also our handicraft shop located in a octagonal wooden Sámi hut on the same spot as Cáfé Sápmi. We have traditional and modern Sámi handicraft and souvenirs for sale. Even booking of tours and accommodation at Reindeer Lodge.
Be attentive and visit a different visitor centre: 'Sámi Siida: Reindeer Park & Sámi Camp'! Meet an exciting culture and get to know one of the world's indigenous people - the Sámi.
Sámi viaitor centre with exhibits from the nomadic life. Exhibitions about the Sámi people, reindeer, Sámi craftwork and religion. Also try lassoing at reindeer antlers. In the corral we have tamed reindeer. Here you get an opportunity to feed, photograph or maybe pet a reindeer.
No entrance fee to the handicraft shop and café.
