Northernlight tour to Aptasvaara

An exciting experience is our Northernlight tour to Aptasvaara (Aptas mountain). In the dark our guide will lead you on the tracks over the frozen and snow covered lake Alta. The headlights of your machines will light up the spectactular winter wilderness surrounding you. You ride through the infinite landscapes of Swedish Lapland and through forest trails, whose amazing beauty will make you feel being in a fairytale. From the snow covered forest you will be guided up to the top of Aptas mountain. You will enjoy a marvellous view up to the nightsky,
where you might be able to see colourful Nothernlights
appearing on the clear sky like miracles. From Aptas mountain you will also see the lights of Kiruna City and the Icehotel. After this short stop you ride the snowmobiles on forest trails down to our forest camp. There our guide prepares coffee while you are sitting on reindeer furs around a roaring camp fire. After the coffee break you start the snowmobiles again and follow the forest tracks back to Camp Alta

Included:
Transfers from and back to your place in Kiruna, snowmobile clothing, snowmobile tour about 21 km, coffee/cookies in our forest camp (duration abt 3,5 hours)

Adult:800 SEK/2 pers/snowmobile
Student:750 SEK/2 pers/snowmobile
Extra option, single snowmobile: 400 SEK

    This picture is real!! much better in the reality, Campalta is a wonderful place to see northerlights!! we have been in this fantastic tour, they have provide us with so warm clothes, we didn´t feel cold at all, it was so lovely the driving!

    we were so lucky to see northerlights when we have arrived to the top of Aptas, the moment was undercriptible, we never could imaging such views like this, after we have been warmed it up our bodies around a nice fireplace, the guide has served tea and coffee with cookies, it was perfect to continue with the driving back to the camp
